Autumn Walking Festival

Tha 2011 Ballyhoura Bfears Walking Festival takes place on Saturday and Sunday October 22 & 23rd. There are walks for all from the Ballyhoura crossing for the fit and active A walker, a B walk from Ballyorgan and a C walk from Darragh Bridge.  These all are on  Saturday 22nd.

On Sunday the big walk is the family walk to Galtymore, a great oportunity to see the summit of Ireland's highest inland peak.  The B walk loops Slievereagh and the C walk is a histoical tour of Kilmallock.

Note that all walks are subject to the discretion of the leaders on the day having regard to weather conditions.
