Feedback and final thoughts
To date Ballyhoura Development have assisted us with grant aid for our training courses.
We really appreciate this assistance but they have advised that the present grant scheme will finish at the end of Spring 2014. This means in effect that we must run the training courses and apply for the grants before that point.
Examples of courses we could organise relate to
• First Aid
• GPS
• Mountain Skills 1 and 2
• Lowland Leader Award
• Walking Group Leader Award
• Other eg Radios
More detail of the Mountain Skills, Lowland Leader Award and Walking Group Leader Award are available at the Mountaineering Ireland Site www.mountaineering.ie
If you would like us to organise any course or if you would like to discuss in more detail contact Pat Lombard at 085 1743067 or Denis Bates at 086 8047570
